D. Subscription and Purchase Information

If you purchase a subscription or digital content through Google Play:

• Payment processing is handled exclusively by Google Play.
• We do not collect, process, or store your credit card or payment details.

We may receive limited transaction information from Google, such as:

• Subscription status
• Purchased product type
• Order ID

This information is used solely to provide access to purchased features and manage your subscription within the App.

Subscriptions can be managed or canceled through your Google Play account settings.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide and maintain ShortHub
• Improve app performance and stability
• Analyze aggregated usage trends
• Respond to user inquiries
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

3. Account Deletion

If you have created an account in ShortHub, you may delete your account at any time by following these steps:

• Open the ShortHub app
• Tap “Me”
• Go to “Settings”
• Select “Delete Account”
• Confirm your request

Account deletion requests are typically processed within 7–14 business days.

4. What Happens When You Delete Your Account

When your account is deleted:

• Account profile information is permanently deleted
• User-generated content is removed or anonymized
• Identifiable personal data is erased

However, we may retain certain data where legally required, including:

• Transaction records (for tax or financial compliance, up to 7 years where required by law)
• Security logs (typically retained for up to 90 days)
• Aggregated analytics data that does not identify individuals

After the applicable retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymized.

Deleting your ShortHub account does not automatically cancel active subscriptions.

Subscriptions must be canceled separately through your Google Play account settings.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to:

• Provide services
• Comply with legal requirements
• Prevent fraud or abuse
• Resolve disputes

Inactive accounts are typically removed within 90 days after deletion unless longer retention is legally required.

6. Children’s Privacy

ShortHub is not directed to children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If we become aware that personal data from a child under 13 has been collected, we will delete it promptly.

7. Third-Party Services

We may use trusted third-party providers for:
