This information is used solely to provide access to purchased features and manage your subscription within the App.

Subscriptions can be managed or canceled through your Google Play account settings.

3. Account Deletion

If you have created an account in UFlick, you may delete your account at any time by following these steps:

• Open the UFlick app
• Tap “Me”
• Go to “Settings”
• Select “Delete Account”

Account deletion requests are typically processed within 7–14 business days.

4. What Happens When You Delete Your Account

When your account is deleted:

• Account profile information is permanently deleted
• User-generated content is removed or anonymized

• Transaction records (for tax or financial compliance, up to 7 years where required by law)
• Security logs (typically retained for up to 90 days)
• Aggregated analytics data that does not identify individuals

After the applicable retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymized.

Deleting your UFlick account does not automatically cancel active subscriptions.

Subscriptions must be canceled separately through your Google Play account settings.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to:

• Resolve disputes

Inactive accounts are typically removed within 90 days after deletion unless longer retention is legally required.

UFlick is not directed to children under the age of 13.

If we become aware that personal data from a child under 13 has been collected, we will delete it promptly.

7. Third-Party Services

• Skyline Drama Limited is responsible for commercial operations, payment processing, subscriptions, customer services, and business management of the Platform.
• Guangzhou Jumeng Technology Co., Ltd. provides software development, technical support, infrastructure maintenance, and related technology services for the Platform.

By using UFlick, you acknowledge that your information may be processed by either company solely for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
